Yoga helps Tween (3rd to 6th graders) girls and boys learn techniques for concentrating, reducing stress, developing balance and co-ordination, and connecting to their bodies in a loving way, while having fun with their friends. Some other documented benefits include: - sleeping better- helping them remain calm- improves behaviour, hyperactivity and attention spanOur 9-week Tweens Yoga Course provides Primary-school age children with a safe space to explore Yoga poses and developmentally-appropriate breathing exercises, creative movement games, and much needed relaxation techniques.
