Life keeps getting busier, more demanding - and we become more distracted each year. The same way our body requires exercise and healthy habits to support our wellbeing, so too does our mind.

Meditation helps cultivate a clearer, more focused and productive mind; the ability to direct your attention more thoughtfully; improve health and get to know ourselves in a novel way.

During this 5-week Meditation Course we will gently re-align your expectations (of yourself, your brain AND your ability to "get" Meditation), and compassionately move through the challenges of being able to just sit and be. You’ll learn different ways & techniques to meditate, and tools to help support your practice, including gentle breathing, mantras, mindfulness, visualisations and poses to help facilitate your practice. 

Enjoy being guided through Meditations each week to deeply relax and restore, whilst developing helpful tools, habits and confidence to integrate Meditation into your day life.

* Beginner Meditators, or those still trying to get Meditation right
* Present Meditators wanting to explore new techniques, and/or wanting to join like-minded people to support their personal practice.
