1-day MINDFULNESS & Yoga Retreat

A whole day of self-care: Immerse yourself into Yoga and mindfulness.

This 1-day Urban Retreat is a wonderful way to experience Mindfulness for
the first time, refresh your Mindfulness practice or delve deeper.

Discover that the more we practice the more we reap the benefits for ourselves and others.

Being still, quiet and just BE-ing is not only very healing and nurturing - it’s incredibly liberating! Give yourself permission to not plan, do, converse, catch-up with anyone, anywhere - just be with yourself in the RIGHT NOW.

Our special day will include beautiful Mindfulness and self-care practices as:
- Mindfulness Practices, including seated, walking and laying
- Hatha and Yin Yoga
- Mindfully eating a beautiful catered lunch, snacks and treats
- Connecting with others and yourself on a deeper level
- Intention setting to support your ongoing Mindful way of life.

All delivered with loving kindness.
