The Beginner course with Jo was particularly good. I enjoyed the way that it progressed. Although, it was aimed at beginners, I found the poses sufficiently challenging and the environment encouraging and supportive. After each week I had an extraordinary feeling of wellbeing and peace that I was able to carry with me into the following days. I have attended yoga classes in the past but had never really derived such a sense of satisfaction with the practice before.
Thank you so much for the restorative class yesterday - I really did enjoy being nurtured (spoilt??) so much. You do a wonderful job & make Yogabowl a place of such variety not only of learning, but general well-being and inner peace.
Thanks for a wonderful Restorative session. Truly it feels so special to be able to soak up your relaxing and inspiring vibes for 2 hours while in absolute physical and emotional comfort and bliss! Keep on doing what you’re doing.

So thankful to find Katrina and foot fitness class on the wakers. This weekly class has truly given me a new appreciation for my feet and how neglected they often are. The stimulation is intense and you can see and feel your feet strengthen and align. The effect is not only on your feet, your whole body feels invigorated after. This type of foot training will forever be a part of my fitness regime. C
I can''t believe how relaxed I am. My mind feels so clear and uncluttered. One of my goals this year to find peace, calmness, clarity, flexibility and personal happiness. I feel like I have been running on empty for years. I feel like I need yoga like I need oxygen!

Thank you Katrina, the Tuesday foot classes are amazing. My feet feel fantastic after the class and I sleep so well that night. I usually wear orthotics but I am now finding that I do not rely on them as I have learnt how to walk and treat my feet naturally. Also my back and posture have improved through correct walking. G
